The Republic of Costa Rica is home to some of the most sought-after real estate in the world. A true paradise on the Central American coast with spectacular beaches, lush tropical jungles and unique culture and customs, it has drawn many foreign nationals and investors seeking to build their dream home or pursue a more profitable investment opportunity. One such area is Venecia, in San Carlos, Costa Rica, which is renowned for its invitingly affordable land opportunities and exceptional climate.

Situated within the Northern Zone of Costa Rica, in the canton of San Carlos, is the attractive rural town of Venecia. Renowned for its delightful climate and landscape – with striking views of the Central Valley, the mountainous terrain of the Poas Volcano and the picturesque Miravalles Volcano – Venecia is a great place to purchase a safe and profitable piece of real estate.

The little village of Venecia has a mini-market, a hardware store and several restaurants, so it provides the basic necessities of living in a rural area. The municipal water and electricity are provided, so it can be used as an agricultural production zone or to build homes and other properties with the necessary services. Some larger projects, such as hotels and other commercial projects, can be done, but subject to the usual local restrictions.

Foreign investors are attracted to this area because of the affordability of the land, the stunning views and the tremendous potential for profitable investments. The gentle climate is perfect for enjoying the local flora and fauna, or for time spent outdoors on nearby trails.

The area of Venecia is considered significantly cheaper than many other areas in Costa Rica. There are a range of land options available, such as prime lots, huge single-family buildable lots, and apartments that can combine to form a much larger piece of land. It is easily accessible to neighbouring cities, beaches, and Costa Rica’s capital, San Jose, making it a great option for anyone looking to mix business and pleasure on the weekends.

There is a vast range of potential uses for the land in Venecia. The area has been gaining demand among investors due to the low cost of living, warm climate and its proximity to other popular places in Costa Rica, such as La Fortuna, Poas Volcano and the beaches of Guanacaste. It can be used for residential, commercial or industrial projects, or for tourism.

If you are considering investing in land in Venecia, it is recommended that you use the services of a professional Real Estate lawyer to ensure a safe and beneficial purchase. Ivan Madrigal #exitosoivan #ticomagnate ..is a costarican, meaning that I live in Costa Rica. Graduated as an industrial engineer and later worked for my father businesses before having the great opportunity to have a small internship in England, at the company Vinten Broadcast that manufactures equipment for the broadcasting industry. After that I decided to learn another language and tried French. However the unstable labor market here forced me to try other career paths like sales and marketing, which I now self-study or implement. Also developed more experience in Customer Service at several Call centers like at IBM Business Transformation, working as Payroll manager for a company that downsized me, named Dana Corporation... later at Fujitsu, where its big account BellSouth, moved to other country.. and finally Hewlett Packard within their biggest account: Pfizer. Because I didn't want to miss my experience at UK dealing with broadcasting, I studied this career at INA which graduates high level technicians for Central America. Nevertheless, I am trying to make multinational companies recognize my degrees, and get in a position were I can be more productive and creative. But the truth, the best way to show my potential is by owning my business and create presence by networking with people. That´s why I am here, because I need to move on, leave my country for many years, and challenge my skills using new languages that I can learn gradually. There seems to be many obstacles for me to achieve this, but I will deal with this using time management and other tools. I wonder, when will be the time when I recover completly from my motorcycle accident and win the trial, before walking normally with a cane and finally dance... dance with the wolves. The wolves that are in MySpace and Facebook, for example, where I am profiled.
