Les comparto esta informacion que de una otorrinolaringóloga venezolana que forma parte de un chat al cual pertenezco y vive en Italia y ha hecho estas recomendaciones sobre el CORONAVIRUS, ella dijo que definitivamente el virus va a llegar a TODO EL MUNDO y que viene lo peor a nivel mundial debido a que no hay vacuna y el virus resiste a los antivirales actuales.

Su recomendación es que empecemos NIÑOS y ADULTOS a tomar 1 tableta diaria de:

*VITAMINA C y OMEGA* (de GNC) tomar en ayunas limón, jugo de naranja, comer mandarina…

*COMER FRUTAS Y VERDURAS , VEGETALES* para fortalecer el sistema inmunológico. Preferiblemente aguacate, frutos secos, proteínas, avena, cereales

La cantidad de casos y muertes que se reportan oficialmente no son las reales.

Otra recomendación importante es:

*LAVARSE LAS MANOS* muy, muy, muy seguido

*TOMAR AGUA*, en abundancia, mejor en ayunas.

*EVITAR EL SALUDO* de mano o de besos desde YA, incluso “EVITAR LUGARES PUBLICOS, EL METRO Y CUBRIRSE LA BOCA”…

Por último, comentó que diariamente están llegando personas de China a todos los paises y no hay cerco sanitario, esto al menos hasta que ya se declaró como Emergencia Mundial… esperemos que los gobiernos y sistemas de salud realmente se pongan las pilas por el bien de todos los ciudadanos y roguemos a Dios ?? que los científicos pronto encuentren la cura para esta enfermedad.

Because I didn't want to miss my experience at UK dealing with broadcasting, I studied this career at INA which graduates high level technicians for Central America. Nevertheless, I am trying to make multinational companies recognize my degrees, and get in a position were I can be more productive and creative. But the truth, the best way to show my potential is by owning my business and create presence by networking with people. That´s why I am here, because I need to move on, leave my country for many years, and challenge my skills using new languages that I can learn gradually. There seems to be many obstacles for me to achieve this, but I will deal with this using time management and other tools. I wonder, when will be the time when I recover completly from my motorcycle accident and win the trial, before walking normally with a cane and finally dance... dance with the wolves.
